Meet the Doctors

Oh Cheol Kwon, DDS

Dr. Kwon is a general dentist serving patients in both our Washington, DC and Rockville offices. He provides skillful, customized treatment and highly aesthetic results using high-tech tools.

Dr. Kwon believes prevention and top-quality care are the keys to a lifetime of good oral health. He is an excellent communicator and educates patients to help them understand the recommendations he makes.

Dr. Kwon earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, and he stays up to date on the latest advancements in his field through continuing education courses. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Maryland State Dental Association and the Southern Maryland Dental Society.

Oscar Valle-Cintron, DDS

Dr. Valle-Cintron is a general dentist in our Washington, DC office. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, and he’s a certified Invisalign provider.

After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine, he completed his postdoctoral training at Howard University in Washington, DC, serving as chief resident.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Valle-Cintron has received many awards and honors, including the American Academy of Oral Medicine Award and the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Award. He has also participated in several medical mission trips both locally and abroad, including trips to the Caribbean and the Middle East.

Dr. Valle-Cintron chose to become a dentist because he loves being able to improve both a person’s health and appearance at the same time. Earning the trust and respect of each patient is as important to him as creating healthy, beautiful smiles. He makes sure he restores more than just teeth, he restores his patients’ confidence.

Yun Joo Jung, DDS

Dr. Jung is a general dentist in our Rockville, Maryland office. She has over a decade of experience providing comprehensive, conservative and personalized dental treatment to both adults and children. She prides herself on the accuracy of her treatments and providing the best possible dental experience for each individual.

For Dr. Jung, helping patients means improving the look and the function of their smiles. She loves to see the change excellent dental care brings to her patients’ quality of life.

In addition to providing basic preventive care and restorative dentistry, Dr. Jung has extensive experience in cosmetic procedures, including veneers and whitening. She is Invisalign® certified and provides excellent care while maintaining lasting relationships with all of her patients.

Dr. Jung received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Michigan.
